This development involves the demolition of an existing four-storey office building followed by the construction of a new five-storey residential block containing 32 apartments.

The building has piled foundations and a RC concrete structure up to the first-floor transfer deck, thereafter the structure is of met frame construction with composite concrete floors. The external envelope has a brick-work skin restrained back to the met frame up to the fifth-floor which has metal rain screen cladding panels. The envelope is completed with aluminium windows, feature doors and a section of rain screen cladding on the ground floor.
