Hamadryad Care Home is a new six storey care home situated on the old hospital land in Cardiff Bay. Care homes are a rapidly growing market throughout the UK. We have found that this market has doubled and over the coming years, is set to increase further. 
The major difference with this care home is that it is a six story building. This demonstrates that the market is changing to high rise development flats for elderly accommodation. Our client found that the speed of construction and high thermal/acoustic performance, ensured a quality that exceeded expectations. 

The building was delivered ahead of programme. This ensured that other trades working within the building had more time and could complete to a higher specification. Our client is very satisfied and we are looking at other projects together in the future.
