This 5 storey MetFrame project over a ground floor hot rolled steel frame to form a doctor’s surgery and retail units.

The residential units over are for a local RSL for rent and shared equity. The MetFrame supports are large cantilevered balconies and three external staircases in hot rolled steel ready to receive velfac curtain walling. The building has large roof overhangs and is designed with a nautical theme.
