Student Accommodation

Following on from our student residential projects at Portsmouth and Swansea, we were brought on board to assist in the delivery of Howard Gardens, Cardiff. The project consists of exclusively cluster bedrooms to provide 391 units arranged around a private external courtyard, with the focal point of the development being an 11 storey tower at the north west corner of the site facing Newport Road Lane.

With our growing reputation for fast-paced constuction stage services, we were perfectly placed to interrogate the design and work with the contractor’s design and build team to co-ordinate the architectural design with the hybrid steel frame and SFS. This expertise was extremely important for the project to start works on site in January 2019 in order to achieve handover in time for the commencement of the 2020/2021 academic year.
