Calthorpe Estates vision was to create 500,000 sq ft of world-class medical and life science facilities, in addition to community access sporting uses, at the former BBC Pebble Mill site in the heart of Edgbaston Medical Quarter on the Estate.

Pebble Mill is the accumulation of over a decade of strategic planning and implementation, working in partnership with Birmingham City Council, the former Advantage West Midlands and a number of strategic partners to develop the 27 acre site.
