A complex design and build situated in the centre of Exeter. The print works is a 500 unit student accommodation built to a high standard that the market expects.

The building structure was entirely pre-fabricated Met-frame structure to meet the demanding build programme. The built was split in phases that release areas of the build at an earlier stage. Releasing areas meant that internal works would start and units finished ahead of the critical path.
