Located in the centre of Oxford shopping centre, this 5 storey building created many challenges for planning, co-ordination and design.

The building design complexity meant that precision surveying and detail was needed to link one building with another.

Care and attention was needed to deliver the building on time and within budget. All was achieved throughout.
